Glen Andrew Egerton

Director

Glen joined the practice in March 1989 and heads our Litigation Department. His area of practice is wide and varied acting for a number of substantial businesses and specialising in advice on loss minimisation through good credit control and debt recovery procedures. He also provides advice and representation relating to Court appearances for criminal matters and general litigation. In recent years Glen has expanded his litigation practice to include Supreme Court Applications seeking Orders for the modification of Restrictive Covenants, particularly single dwelling covenants. This area of law constitutes a significant part of his practice.

In addition to his role as a Commercial Litigator, Glen is also the Managing Director of the practice and devotes considerable time to Practice Management.

A keen sportsman and gardener, Glen enjoys playing golf and tennis on the weekends and spending time maintaining the garden at home.
